Bookings and Financial Terms
All bookings are automatically confirmed by our system after you settle the deposit payment 30% to let us hold the booking and book confirmed to all related supplier. we strongly request to send us your request to asianexploretours@gmail.com which will reply at earliest possible by our expert team. it is really necessary for our clients to calrify the booking and let us know in case there is something unclear since you interest to book through our site or when you have made a booking to avoid any miss understanding in execute our clients order.

We apply 30% deposit payment for all service we offer to assure us process the booking and prepare every single things necessary to fulfill our clients expectations. it is also to avoid that we can not provide a service due to not availble anymore.

Limitation of Liability
Asian Explore acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Asian Explore is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.
Reservations and inquiries for services should be directed to our online www.asianexplore.com which based in Bali. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, the more details we receive the better it is: arrival and departure dates, flights, full names, etc. All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, the booking status will immediately be advised.
All rates are quoted NETT (inclusive of 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charges on hotel rates) in US DOLLARS at current rates of exchange. Taxes as well as rates of exchange are subject to change. Children between 2 and 12 years old are granted a 50% discount on transfers, excursions, and package tours (excluding flights) provided they share the room with two adults and are not taking an extra bed. Children requiring their own rooms or half twin bedded are charged as adult.
The itinerary of the excursion, package and/or tour Packages cannot be altered or changed without prior permission from Asian Explore. We cannot be held liable if you amend the excursion and its content in your brochures or give wrong descriptions to clients that are travelling. Minor program changes are sometimes necessary, depending on road conditions and actual arrival and departure times of flights. If the requested accommodation is unavailable, alternative accommodation will be provided.
Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients. Our bank details are:

We will need a statement from the card holder confirming their agreement to be charged, which could be by email or using our authorization form. Kindly note that there will be 3% bank charge applied on top of the total bill.
A certain fee will be levied should there be any cancellation made on confirmed arrangement. The amount of fees varies depending on the services booked by the client. Furthermore, no refund is given if clients decided not to take full program or services.
Cancellation of confirmed arrangements is subject to cancellation fee as follows:
Tours & Packages cancellation notice received:
Up to 30 days arrival in Indonesia : No charge
From 21- 15 days prior to arrival : 25% of the total tour price
From 14 – 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total price
Within 7 days to arrival : 100% of the total price
For hotel reservation:
Cancellations Policy refer to the hotel proposed and please note each hotel apply different policy for different season (high season/peak season/festive season period). This is will be advised upon booking.
Beach hotels may apply different policies which are confirmed case by case.
