ITINERARY

Day 1:    Arrival Bali

Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International airport, meet and greet with our guide and directly transfer to your hotel. After check in, rest of the day is free at leisure.

Lunch and dinner at own arrangement. Accommodation at SEGARA VILLAGE SANUR

Day 2:   Besakih Tour (B/L)

Your day will start with the famous Barong and Kris Dance show. It describes the eternal struggle between good (Barong) and evil (Rangda) and ends with a scene where the kris dancers fall into a trance and try to kill the demon Rangda. Then drive to Klungkung to see the famous hall of Justice Kerta Gosa. A must see for every tourist is the mother temple Besakih, located on the slope of Mount Agung.

Our last stop will be Tenganan, an original Balinese village, a stronghold of ancient traditions. You can see the local women weave the famous “flaming” cloth, kamben geringsing, which supposedly has the power of immunize the wearer against evil.

Day 4:  Ulun Danu Tempel –  Tanah lot  (B/L/-)

This excursion will lead you to the rural heartland of Bali which presents the altered landscape and a different history. Your first stop is Pura Taman Ayun, founded by the King of Mengwi in 17th century. It has three ascending levels of spacious courtyards containing rows of shrines and pavilions and surrounded by wide moat. The next stop will be Lake Bratan, a crater lies serenely in the midst of an elongated valley which was formed centuries ago. A small temple called Pura Ulun Danu Bratan to honour Dewi Danau, goddess of the lake, can be seen on the lake promontory. Stroll along Candi Kuning market, where local fruits, vegetable and flowers are sold. After lunch, your last stop will be Tanah Lot temple, one of the holiest temples in Bali which is built atop a huge rock and surrounded by the sea. Enjoy the wonderful sunset when the golden red sky frame the temple roof and the waves crash into the rock

Day 3:  Mount Batur Climbing  (B)

Pick up: 02.30     Duration: 5 hours up and down     Min: 2 Person

Early morning we will pick you up from your hotel to drive to the milder climate of 1200 meters above sea level. Begin the 2 hours trek to the top (1717 m) to enjoy the sunrise. From here you will have a magnificent view of the sunrise over the crater. We walk around the rim of the volcanic cone to see the crater of the last eruption. The last eruption of the Batur was in 1994 and the volcano is still active with smoke rising from its heart. Descending from the volcano you have to pass a sea of black sand. Breakfast will be served on top before returning to the hotel. (Only recommended to participants in good physical condition, good walking shoes required).

Day 5: Ubud Cycling  (B/L)

Ubud cycling tour  starts from the village of Penatih in the north of Denpasar. The track through a small concrete footpath  in the middle of rice fields, small temples, a long of the irrigation system, villages,and some of tropical Balinese plantation.The track is really amazing view of green rice fields depending on the season of the harvesting as far as our eyes can see. The cycling takes about 2,5 hours and it will end in Ubud area.Then continue to local restaurant for lunch.The cycling is suitable for ages 10 to 60 years old.

Day 6: Free at leisure  (B)

Whole day is dedicated for free at leisure or takes an optional tour for snorkeling, diving or catamaran cruise to Lembongan Island which could be arranged directly on the spot through our representative, with extra cost.

Day 7:   Departure (B)

Morning is dedicated for free at leisure

At the appropriate time, we will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you directly to the airport for your onward flight to the next destination.
