We agree to say that Flores and Komodo are complementary to each other that is the reason you to go for a round trip or overland tour to explore those islands. The Luba and Bena villages include traditional houses in Flores, Bena is also noted for its Stone Age megaliths. Labuan Bajo (on the western tip of Flores) is a town often used by tourists as a base to visit Komodo and Rinca. Follow your ranger who will lead you to look after the Komodo dragons in their natural and unique habitat in the world. The beautiful landscapes, wildlife and strong culture believing will offer you an unforgettable enchanted trip through the archipelago.

ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrival Ende [-/L/D]

On Arrival in Ende airport  you will be welcomed by our asian explore local guide then will escort you to visit Wologai traditional house. Then continue to Jopu Village to see the Ikat Waving. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Dinner & accommodation at KELIMUTU ECO LODGE

Day 03: Moni – Kelimutu – Bajawa [B/L/D]

Wake up call early morning at 04.00. You will start the trip today at 04.30 by driving up one hour, continue with 30 minutes hike up to Mount Kelimutu, to see the three color lake Kelimutu. Upon arrival walk for 1,5 km and then ascend 127 steps to top to view Kelimutu’s green, Blue and black lakes. A Dutch geologist discovered Kelimutu lakes in 1914; at the time the Kelimutu lakes were Red, Blue and white. Enjoy the sunrise (subject to weather permits) and enough time is given to walk around. Drive back to hotel for breakfast and check out. Continue your journey through Bajawa, with stop visit at Saga traditional village and Ende town for lunch.  Continue drive with other stops in Penggajawa blue stone beach and Boawae another traditional village. Several stops en route can be arranged according to local happenings. Late afternoon arriving in Bajawa then directly check in at the hotel. Lunch and dinner at local restaurant.

Accommodation at BINTANG WISATA or SILVERIN HOTEL (VIP room) **Both hotels are simple accommodation.

Day 04: Bajawa – Ruteng  [B/L/D]

Breakfast at hotel. We check out the hotel to continue the excursion to Bena village passing through huge and gigantic bamboo plantations, Inerie volcano in the background. Arrive in Bena village, see traditional houses and megalithic tombs, learn the meaning of Ngadhu and Bhaga, symbolizing male and female of ancestral spirits, then drive to Ruteng. Several stops will be made in Aimere to see the local people processing local palm wine and Borong for lunch. Then continue to see Ranamese Lake and Mano for its beautiful spider web style of rice terraces. Late afternoon will be arriving in Ruteng then directly check in at the hotel.

Dinner and accommodation at Wisma Bunda Maria /Hotel Sindha ** This hotels are simple accommodation but best available in Ruteng.

Day 05: Ruteng – Labuan bajo – Kalong island  [B/L/D]         

Breakfast at hotel. Then We drive to Labuan Bajo with stops at Cancar to see the spider web rice field and Lembor to see the irrigation rice field. Upon arrival in Labuan Bajo you will be transferred to the pier of Labuan Bajo then getting board on your boat. Then set cruising to Kelor Island for snorkeling and swimming. Lunch is served on boat while cruising to Rinca Island. Afternoon trekking to Wae Waso in Rinca Island walking through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon, where you will find not just the Dragons but might also encounter other wild animals like, deer, wild buffalo, long-tailed macaque and wild Boar also numerous of birds. Keep your eyes up as sometime you will find the young Komodo dragons on the trees. A local ranger will lead you through this nature reserve. Late afternoon proceed to Kalong Island to see the thousands of bats flying out from their nets.

Dinner and overnight on Boat

 Day 06: Komodo – Pink beach – Bidadari island [B/L/-]

Breakfast & lunch served onboard. Early morning start cruising to Komodo Island, the habitat of komodo dragon. Disembark at the pier of Komodo Island, trekking to Banunggulung walk through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon, and the possibility to find other wild animals like deer, wild boars and also various birds such as leser-sulphur-crested-cockatoo, collared kingfisher, etc. A local ranger will lead you through this nature reserve to see the komodo dragon and please carefully follow the instruction of rangers how to stay close to komodo dragons. Then proceed to Komodo village to explore the activities of the local people on the island. Afterwards return to the boat for lunch while cruising continue to Pink Beach for swimming and snorkeling at un-spoilt coral reef amongst colorful tropical fish. In the Afternoon continue cruising to Bidadari Island and continue to Labuan Bajo.

Overnight in Hotel La Prima Labuan Bajo or similar.

Day 07: Labuan Bajo – Airport [B/-/-]

Breakfast at Hotel and rest of the day is free at leisure. At appropriate time our Driver will pick you up then directly transfer to airport to catch your Flight back to Bali or other Destination.
