Wae Rebo Komodo Tour is a combination package Tour to Komodo National Park and Wae rebo Village. Tour Komodo Liveaboard is 2-day package tour that is ideal for those who would like to make the best of their limited time to visit the most important sites, to see the komodo dragons, and to snorkel in pristine water of superb snorkeling spots.

Explore an authentic village Wae Rebo, hiding between Hills and Mountains in Manggarai, West Flores, which can only be accessible by walking through the small path, climbing the hill almost 3 hours trekking. Wae Rebo trekking is a challenge for the Wanderers while fulfill the lust to spend a night in an old village Wae Rebo.

ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrival Labuan Bajo  [-/L/D]             

Arrive at Komodo airport in Labuan Bajo on western Flores, meeting service with our representative and transfer to the pier of Labuan Bajo to get on Boat (based on availability upon booking). Then set the cruise to Kelor Island for snorkeling and swimming. Lunch is served on boat while cruising to Rinca Island. Afternoon trekking to Wae Waso in Rinca Island walking through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon, where you will find not just the Dragons but might also encounter other wild animals like, deer, wild buffalo, long-tailed macaque and wild Boar also numerous of birds. Keep your eyes up as sometime you will find the young Komodo dragons on the trees.  A local ranger will lead you through this nature reserve. Late afternoon proceed to Kalong Island to see the thousands of bats flying out from their nets.

Day 02: Explore Komodo Islands [B/L/-]

Early morning start cruising to Komodo Island. Disembark at the pier of Komodo Island, trekking to Banunggulung walk through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon, and the possibility to find other wild animals like deer, wild boars and also various birds such as leser-sulphur-crested-cockatoo, collared kingfisher, etc. A local ranger will lead you through this nature reserve. Then proceed to Komodo village to explore the activities of the local people on the island. Afterwards return to the boat for lunch while cruising continues to Pink Beach for swimming and snorkeling at un-spoilt coral reef amongst colorful tropical fish.  Late afternoon continue cruising to Labuan Bajo.

 Day 3 : Labuan Bajo – Denge (B/L/D)

After breakfast departure from your hotel to discover southern part of Manggarai, first visit Golo cara village, the best place to see rice field in web spider form, from there drive to Todo traditional village, soft trekking in the rice terrace and enjoy the beautiful landscape near Narang Village. Lunch will be provided at local Family house in Narang. Afternoon drive through the southern coastal to Dintor and Denge (some stops are possible en route). Dinner and overnight at Family house in Denge or in Dintor.

 Day 4 : Denge- Wae Rebo Village (B/L/D)

After light breakfast, start your 4 hours tracking to Wae Rebo village, the Authentic Housing of Manggarai, located about 1100m above sea level, in the middle of mountain.  All are traditional houses, with really high roofs and they are on 5 levels – the top four are mainly used for storage and all the living areas are on the bottom. We will stay in a house which built for visitors. Here you have chance to keep in touch with the people and learnt by seeing, asking, and feeling their culture, life and activities. Sleeping mattresses will be provided. Dinner and overnight will be at the local villager’s house.

 Day 5: Wae Rebo -Labuan Bajo (B/L/-)

Breakfast, then trekking down to Denge village, lunch will be provided in Denge, after lunch drive to Labuan bajo, some foto stops can be done during the trip. Dinner and overnight at Puri Sari beach hotel or similar

Day 6: Labuanbajo- Denpasar (B/-/-)

Morning free program at your hotel, before transfer to the airport for the flight leaving for  Denpasar.
